Kinship tests are genetic tests in which selected sections of DNA obtained from a mouth swab are analysed and then compared between test subjects. This determines the probability of relation. The principle is the same as for paternity tests (more about paternity and kinship tests here).
The kinship test is used to establish relationships other than paternity, e.g. siblingship or maternity, etc. These tests are developed after prior consultation and an assessment of the testing options (expected relationships, persons available for testing, expected probability of successful outcome). Depending on the specific case, we also determine the individual price. To make an appointment, please contact us by phone or email, or click on the ASK button.
